The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance, including the beautiful Grote Markt and Rubenshuis. The staff at Franq went above and beyond, making us feel welcome and even calling to inform us about road closures in the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, convenient location, and comfortable rooms.
